Rear door heat exchanger absorbs heat directly from the server, cools the air by chilled water on liquid loop, and then returns it to the data center. The heated cooling liquid is sent to an outdoor free cooling chiller via a circulation system, where it releases heat, cools down, and circulates back into the system.
Cold plate on the chip absorbs heat via liquid coolant, which circulates to a heat exchanger, transferring heat to another coolant. A cooling tower uses air or a chiller uses refrigerant to cool the system, enabling coolant reuse.
IT equipment is immersed in a heat-conducting liquid, which absorbs and transfers heat via a liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger. Cooling towers or chillers then cool the liquid for reuse.
